Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks

The Client acknowledges that participating in racquet sports training, such as tennis, paddle tennis, and pickleball, inherently involves risks of physical injuries. These injuries range from minor sprains and bruises to severe injuries like fractures, paralysis, or even death.

The Client understands that these risks may arise from various sources including, but not limited to, their own actions or inactions, the actions of others participating in the training, or the conditions of the premises and equipment used during training.

Client's Health and Physical Condition

The Client affirms they are in good health and physically capable of participating in racquet sports training. The Client confirms they have no medical conditions, disabilities, or impairments that would jeopardize their safe participation in the training program. The Client agrees to promptly inform The Racquet of any changes in their physical or medical condition that could impact their ability to participate safely in the training program.

Voluntary Participation

The Client confirms their decision to participate in the training program is made voluntarily, fully understanding the inherent risks involved. The Client acknowledges they have the right to withdraw from the training program at any time.

Assumption of Risk

The Client voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with their participation in the training program, including those arising from the negligence of The Racquet, its coaches, employees, or agents, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
