Acceptance of Release of Liability

The Racquet Tennis Pro (“The Racquet”) and the "Client" for participation in the racquet sports training program. The Client unequivocally releases, waives, and discharges The Racquet, along with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, coaches, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”), from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action resulting from any loss, damage, injury, or death. This encompasses any such incidents that may occur during the Client’s participation in The Racquet’s racquet sports training program or while using its facilities and equipment, regardless of whether these incidents result from the negligence of the Released Parties or other causes.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any losses, damages, expenses (including legal fees), claims, liabilities, and causes of action that may arise from the Client’s participation in the racquet sports training program. This indemnification covers all forms of claims, including those arising from the actions or negligence of the Released Parties.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

The Client acknowledges their voluntary decision to participate in the racquet sports training program and understands that agreeing to this Release of Liability is a mandatory condition of their participation. The Client is aware that by agreeing to this Release of Liablity, the Client is releasing the Released Parties from liability, including that which might arise from the Released Parties' negligence.

Scope of Release

This Release of Liability is applicable to all activities, risks, and events that may occur during the Client’s participation in the training program provided by The Racquet. The Client understands that this release encompasses all claims, including those based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Released Parties.

Client Agreement

The Client confirms they have thoroughly read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Release of Liability.
